COVID, COURTS, CIVIL UNREST, PANIC, FEAR AND FORECLOSURES = A COMBINATION FOR DELAY; UPDATE!

(BREAKING NEWS – OP-ED) — The author of this post brings you this not-so-humble opinion without the slightest intent of giving you legal advice.  The system has it all set up to favor the attorneys for that purpose, so that’s where you get legal advice.  On this blog, you get news, opinions and suggestive commentary and education, which is perfectly legal because freedom of speech … as I believe we still have freedom of speech … exists in a forum of expression as we know it.

UPDATE:

Regarding foreclosure potential …

Remember Plan B?  Home prices are taking off, upwards, up 4.8% in May (from last year).  Much of this is due to two things: (a.) the low interest rates being offered home buyers, even in this “false flag pandemic attack”; and (b.) low inventory.  This means that home prices could stay “up” as long as the stimulus packages keep coming.  According to Black Knight Financial Services (who likes to make up shit documents catering to foreclosures and monitor its brouhaha and later brag about it), 4.1-million forbearance agreements have been inked.  This means homeowners will still have to pay all the back payments at some point in time.  With the economy still in the tank (somewhat), it’s highly likely that foreclosures will skyrocket towards the end of the year when this “thing” subsides.

I’m saying this because NOW is a great time to sell your home and scale down.  Move to the country.  Start a home-based business.  Move family in with you if possible and share in the savings.  There are a lot of things that can be said for creating a Plan B, instead of being stubborn about staying put.  If you’re seeing any kind of equity in your home, now might be a great time to cash it out and scale down to something more affordable.

I remember moving out of a bad situation in San Antonio, where I was facing a huge increase in my mortgage payments and I sold the house the day before the new rate kicked in. I moved to the country and ended up mortgage-free. Yes, I had to scale down.  It was a learning curve.  Some lessons were good, others not so much.  But my key point here is that this can be accomplished if you just put some effort into creating a Plan B and then ACTING ON IT!  While the moratoriums are in place is the time to start rethinking your financial strategies for the future, especially in lieu of potential anarchist behaviors (and not just in the major cities).

Regarding civil unrest …

Two areas of particular interest to AVOID moving to … Minneapolis and Seattle.  Both are run by Democratic mayors.  President Trump just told Minnesota’s Governor (Tim Walz) to go piss up a drainpipe (Walz wanted $500-million from the federal government to repair the damage caused by rioters).  No federal funding for you sir! You sat idly by while Minneapolis burned, as did Minneapolis’s mayor.  You get no funding.  Why should we reward your bad behavior for failing to act in a time when your community needed you?

The same goes for Seattle, whose city council seems to think that cutting its police department budget to zero now will send a message.  It will alright.  1,100 police officers are going to lose their jobs.  Some officers will be transferred.  Analysts say that the major crimes unit (assault, murder, rape) will become virtually non-existent.  Is this a place you’d want to live in?  I look for a mass exodus from both locales.  Soon, we’ll have Democratic sanctuary cities which will have to self-fund and repair their own messes created by gangs, bands of thieves and repeat criminal offenders.  No police means no security.  Add the COVID panic created by the respective state and federal governments (I wonder when the new vaccine will come out and how many Democrats will rush to get it), and you have more political polarization afoot.

No police means increased crime and the federal government will respond only if asked.  Just ask the hierarchy in Kansas City, Missouri. 100 federal agents are moving into the area to arrest repeat offenders and help lower the crime rate.  Kansas City’s Mayor had to ask the Governor to ask the feds for help.  That’s how the system works.  As much as I used to work in media in Kansas City and lived in that area for many years, I’ve got a lot of reservations about ever moving there again.  Like Minneapolis, the riots were bad there too.

For those of you who haven’t heard the new Trump campaign commercial … it really drives home a point about police response (“Your estimated wait time is 5 days.”). I am not saying we can’t recover from this pandemic. But once the evil genie is out of the bottle, it’s hard to stop him from creating mayhem.  If you’re not in a “safe area” now, understand what future repercussions may occur (higher taxes to pay for the residual fallout from neglect) and why it may be best to rethink just how safe you really are.  I’m still a big fan of acreage in the country with a house parked in the middle of it.  It’s not a move to escape from reality.  It’s a way to grow food and survive.

END OF UPDATE!

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EXTENDS MORATORIUMS DUE TO COVID

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has extended moratoriums on foreclosures and evictions until at least August 31, 2020.  If you have a mortgage that is backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, rest assured that single-family homeowners got a reprieve, at least temporarily. Roughly 2-million homeowners are affected by this extended moratorium. You can go do a loan look-up on the Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac websites to see whether this applies to you.  I would think by now, you’d know that, especially because you read this blog. You can anticipate that the moratoriums on the federal level will probably continue to be extended as long as we’re in the middle of a perceived pandemic.

STATE GOVERNMENT MORATORIUMS … NOW THAT’S ANOTHER STORY ALTOGETHER

Virginia’s moratoriums ended in May and eviction hearings have resumed. Some 3,000 people are facing being kicked to the curb, mostly for nonpayment of rent. Landlords are reportedly filing lawsuits to overturn the states’ moratoriums, all the while sending tenants threatening letters and text messages demanding rent in lieu of locking the tenants out of their homes. The Low-Income Housing Coalition published a partial list below:

In the following states, the courts have suspended evictions: California (indefinite on evictions), Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Minnesota and Pennsylvania.

In the following states, the governors have suspended evictions and foreclosures: Florida, Indiana, Maryland, New York, New Jersey and Washington State.

In the following states, the legislatures enacted (or are enacting) laws to suspend evictions and foreclosures: Massachusetts and New Jersey (for an indefinite period of time in New Jersey, due to the COVID pandemic).

You should probably check with your individual state’s websites (I’m not going to do all the work for you) to see what moratoriums are in effect and for what purpose and for how long, especially if you’re delinquent in paying either your mortgage or your rent.

In non-judicial states, the banks don’t need the court’s permission to conduct a non-judicial foreclosure; however, where the governors have imposed moratoriums, the banks simply cannot act outside of that mandate.

All of this is because of COVID-19, stay at home orders, lockdowns and loss of income.

Many foreclosure courts have suspended or limited (to Zoom conferences) foreclosure and eviction proceedings because of COVID. Check with your local court to see whether it’s open for business or is conducting emergency petitions as needed.

There are certain states that are definitely NOT homeowner/borrower friendly, where it will be extremely difficult (if not impossible) to get a case fairly decided upon in  the lower court systems without having to resort to the appeals process … my picks are (1) Maryland; (2) Minnesota; (3) Michigan; (4) California; and (5) Washington State.  These are the worst in my opinion, given current case law.  The states that actually have judges who can get past their biases and get to the truth of the matter, or in the alternative, make getting an appellate reversal possible include (my picks): (1) New Mexico; (2) Maine; (3) Tennessee; (4) Florida; and (5) New York (especially in the boroughs). Most of my picks are based on how the courts treat the MERS System® and securitization.  Moreso, it’s about how one approaches the courts and how much attention is paid to their Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. When the judicial prejudices creep in … and you’re not smart enough to object to these prejudices as they apply to civil procedure or evidence, you end up getting screwed with no chance of appeal (all the legal doors are closed) … at least, that’s what the courts want you to think.

In my book, the States that have the MOST corrupt judges are (my picks): (1) Alabama; (2) Georgia; (3) New Jersey; (4) Colorado; and (5) California.  I ranked Alabama first because of its staunch prejudices. Georgia was ranked second because of its history (debtors’ prisons).  New Jersey was ranked third because of several cases I’ve been involved with that should have gone in favor of the homeowner but even in light of the Kemp decision, judges there are all pro-bank … and there’s no getting around that stigma. In Colorado, judges there can get you killed without any remorse from them or political blowback on them.  I base that on the several cases, including the death of Martin Wirth, which seemingly never got justice because the homeowners got boo-f00ed in the Rule 120 courts.

Add COVID-19 to the mix … given the fact that 99% of all government-paid employees … and that includes judges … believe everything their government tells them, even if it has no scientific basis in fact.

NOW THAT WE’VE COVERED COVID AND THE COURTS … LET’S TALK ABOUT CIVIL UNREST

The Mayor of Atlanta (who is of African-American descent … shit … you mean if I’m not politically correct, I’m screwed?) has urged her city’s residents to stop the violence.  21 people were shot overnight, including an 8-year-old girl who was a passenger in a car.  None of the shootings involved police officers, but rather what appears to be black-on-black crime.  How can you even think the BLM movement can sustain its credibility when shit like this is perpetuated?  I see her point.  BLM made their point.  Everything else past that is nothing more than hate crimes against society.  If the anarchists want Civil War (even on a limited basis), those cities run by Democrat mayors are breeding grounds for it because police response has been limited and no one is calling for federal help to stop the violent behavior.  Those in the major cities are probably stocking up on whatever guns and ammunition they can get their hands on and frankly, I don’t blame them.  They see what I see as a potential for spread of the violent behaviors to the suburbs and even the urban and rural areas as anarchists unite to spread their agenda, which rests on NO law and order.

The real problem with BLM is they’ve allowed (collectively) the anarchist movement to infiltrate their ranks and change their “direction”, which had … and is still having … a diametrically opposed negative effect.  It’s driving prejudices deeper underground and making people more “aware”.  It’s enough to be scared of getting COVID, which most have little understanding of it.  But then compounding that with unrest extrapolates that fear mongering into perceived action (uptick in gun and ammo sales).

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.  If the sheriffs can’t grow a pair, the citizens will do it for them by taking matters into their own hands, vigilantism or not.

I was shocked to learn (earlier last month) that the Austin Police Department Headquarters (at I-35 and 8th Street, Downtown Austin), which I visited a time or two as a news reporter-news anchor for KLBJ (the station Pres. Lyndon Johnson used to own), was destroyed by rioters.  Knowing what I know about APD, I’m still in shock and surprised that this was allowed to happen.  It’s no wonder Governor Greg Abbott (who rules the Executive Branch from a wheelchair) is under fire for not doing enough in some areas while doing too much in other areas.  He didn’t do more to stop the violence in his own state capitol.  But then again, Austin’s “Keep Austin Weird” slogan speaks volumes when it comes to indifference.

Civil unrest can be predicated on civil disobedience.  Civil disobedience basically means ignoring government mandates in protest.  The right to assemble is protected by the U.S. Constitution. The right to riot, burn down buildings and shoot people is not protected.  Folks are still blaming President Trump for not doing enough; however, the 10th Amendment clearly reserves those powers not vested with the federal government to be reserved solely for the states themselves. If you’re going to blame anyone, look at your own town Mayor and commission first, then your state reps, then your Governor.  This is where the blame lies on the state level … first.  Not with the President.  Mr. Trump is doing exactly what he’s supposed to be doing … running the executive branch of the United States Government as promulgated under Article 1 of the U. S. Constitution.  You may not like the way he does things.  He’s a CEO remember?  He’s not a politician.  But like politicians, he plays favorites. What politician hasn’t, especially if there’s under-the-table sex involved?

Civil unrest is further precipitated because Americans (a majority of them, you decide if you’re one of them) are quick to place blame on everyone but themselves.  Given what is going on in Atlanta and the fact that 1,000 National Guard troops have been called out there, the BLM movement’s credibility is tanking.  Not only that, the systemic violence has further driven prejudice deeper into the souls of most of the citizenry.  The way I’m starting to see things (and you can disagree if you like), anyone who talks about their rights being infringed upon or oppressed because of their race … is espousing racism.  Anyone who feels as if they’re entitled to free shit because of their race (they got a bad break) espouses racism.  Anyone who thinks they’re more “privileged” than their fellow man because of skin color espouses racism.  Civil unrest and the propensity for it is exacerbated by racist behavior.  Racist behavior begats violence.  Racist behaviors are learned.  They do not occur in the natural state of things. They are taught.  White supremacists teach their kids to love the “white race” and that they are the only race that matters.  Kind of like Hitler.  That’s where the anti-fascist movement came in because every action brings an equal and opposite reaction.  With Congress polarizing America with its inept behaviors, it’s no wonder the “trickle down effect” has brought with it a different, diametrically opposed outcome.

We all have to sit back and examine where we learned these behaviors and why we were taught these behaviors.  I remember my own father taking offense to an activist who was invited into his church in order to survey the congregation to see how many “white folk” would sit down to dinner with a black person.  THIS is how these types of behaviors are engrained into society (and this was back in the late 60’s).  My dad worked with black people in his office (corporate America) and he respected them for what they stood for and knew they had the same opportunities as everyone else to succeed.

But NO!  We’d rather have a pity party and rant about how we were (and are) being oppressed.  Yet, admittedly, certain public figures of African-American descent have outspokenly told their kids how to react when stopped by the police. Now why on earth would they do that?  What precipitated the thought process that cops weren’t human?  Could it be that society gave a gun and a badge to citizens who didn’t (and shouldn’t) deserve one?  One of the most dangerous precepts of a civilized society is to let someone with severely-repressed racial attitudes play God in a squad car with someone else’s life.  We know that behaviors are learned.  Now we have to restructure what we’ve created, take out all the “bad apples” and move forward.

AS TO THE PANIC AND FEAR …

These two processes drive stupidity.  Panic is what happens when you are not comfortable with the situation you’re in and if something went wrong, you couldn’t cope.  Fear is what it is … False Evidence Appearing Real.  Panic is the precursor to fear because the person displaying the mindset overcome with panic will allow fear to creep in based on the perception of what he sees and hears around him.  Assumptions can get you killed … as much as they can make you a perpetrator.  False beliefs not corrected will jeopardize a civilized society because people aren’t thinking rationally because they’re being “programmed” by what they see and hear on TV (mostly).  This is why cop shows and violence-filled sitcoms are more popular because people are being “conditioned” and “desensitized” to what is really happening in the real world. This is how governments take advantage of their citizens.

FORECLOSURES … SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST …

While foreclosures are no laughing matter, being in denial that they could occur in one’s life is fundamentally bad for society, especially in communities where they are randomly prevalent.  Knowing your financial position in life should be your first priority because it is how you are able to develop a Plan B.  As much encouragement as I can muster here, nothing can compensate the loss of a home, especially if it has a lot of equity in it.  This offers you (if you’re in that position) a unique opportunity to get yourself upright and mortgage free!

A reader of my blog called me one day to ask about fighting a foreclosure on her rental property.  I asked her to weigh the possibilities based on the facts.  She had $150,000 in equity in the home and it was rented.  It’s just that with COVID, her renters weren’t making the payments, so the renters decided to vacate at the end of the month.  I asked her to evaluate the stress that would be added to the equation if she were to compare the monthly rent versus the amount spent in litigation trying to save that monthly rent. We both came to the conclusion that while the market was short of inventory, NOW would be the time to sell the property, pay off the note (and stop arguing whether the lender screwed you or not), save the stress, take the equity … and find a place in the country where you can park that equity and live within your means or at best, mortgage free.

People get frustrated examining situations like this because there are options to litigation but they won’t entertain them, even if it means simply staying put in your home (that’s going to be foreclosed on) while trying to make a Plan B work. Nope. That’s their home and they’re staying put until the sheriff kicks them to the curb.  That’s the opposite of why I started this blog in the first place.  If you had 10 rental properties that were all going to be foreclosed on, but they could bring you a net equity of $25,000 each … sell them, take the $250,000 out of the deal and restructure your life with it.  The Chapter 11 case in Tampa that I wrote about on this blog in earlier posts, where 52 properties were put into the BK and a fourth of them had their liens disallowed by the court and they did cram downs on the rest of them and got an angel to buy the paper on the remaining properties and refinance them all at a lower rate cost $160,000 to complete.  You can only do this if you have the reserves.  It’s a great Plan B and the judge loved it!  It was the chief judge too!

But seriously, how many people have 52 houses to put into a Chapter 11?   You have to scale down those factors and figure your litigation costs, whether you’re going to answer pleadings pro se … plan on how much time you need to “re-group” … and execute on your plans.  The bank doesn’t have to win the way they think they should. You can win by flushing your equity out ahead of time, scaling down … and restructuring your life.

With COVID-19 and the courts being stymied, you do have time to act.  However, this “pandemic” isn’t going to last forever and at some point, you will have to face the music.  How you deal with it is what makes you a winner or a loser.

As a parting thought … DON’T TAKE A VACCINE THAT YOU DON”T KNOW WHAT’S IN IT!  They’re looking for “test subjects” now and I’m not sure they’re paying. Not a good plan if you intend on enjoying any plausible future, eh?

AMERICAN FORECLOSURES … DIVIDED WE FALL

(OP-ED) — The author of this post puts forward this information for the purposes of education and enlightenment and not for the purposes of rendering legal advice.

THE MORATORIUMS ARE GOING AWAY SOON

If you’re a homeowner who has been affected by the coronavirus to the point of losing a paycheck and not being able to make your mortgage payments, you’ve probably been living off your credit cards during this “lockdown”.  The anticipation that you’re going to start hearing from your mortgage loan servicers (if you haven’t already) is growing to the point of panic and anxiety knowing that you’ve been given a reprieve for so long but that point in time is coming to an end and you’re going to have to face the music.

I for one do not believe that the 2-month lockdown warrants the same type of foreclosure activity that took place between 2009-2014 as a result of the 2008 financial crisis, despite the fact that the nation’s economy has suffered a serious upset by the pandemic.  The difference between what happened in March and what happened in 2008 was that the secondary markets were quietly imploding and didn’t hit us until the actual collapse of Bear-Stearns and Lehman Brothers started a tidal wave of Chapter 11 filings in the subprime lending markets.  We saw this one developing and began to prepare (for some, like me, you saw it coming in February and started accumulating whatever cash and supplies you needed), which included but was not limited to, hoarding toilet paper and hand sanitizer.  The fact the pandemic was hidden from most Americans for better than two weeks only shortened our preparation time.

Many Americans ignored the warnings of the viral component’s ability to spread … hence, Spring Break.  This was only one of the catalysts.  Two separate cruise ships on both coasts (San Francisco and Miami) were already affecting dozens of passengers, one of which I knew from a non-profit organization that she and I were both a part of.  She was dead upon arrival into the Port of Miami.  When it’s someone you know, it hits home rather quickly, sometimes too close to home.  But at least we knew the ships (full of sick and dying) were headed straight at us.  We at least had time to prepare and mobilize our resources.  This isn’t something that was intended to cripple our morality.  The virus seemed intentionally let loose to cripple our economy and thus, our modes of survival.

POLITICS ASIDE?  NOT!

This entire crisis has been manipulated by the medical community, including but not limited to, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Dr. Anthony Fauci, the President’s adviser.  Be mindful of the fact that Dr. Fauci (who I equate to Dr. Josef Mengele of Nazi fame) has served previous administrations, both Republican and Democrat (before you start raring up your emotions at little old Libertarian me for daring to question what’s really going on here).

Both the Republican and Democrats have taken advantage of this crisis.  Both sides of the aisle debated and passed legislation to benefit their own constituents.  Both sides of the aisle debated and passed legislation to benefit Wall Street.  Both sides of the aisle debated and passed legislation that gave most of us (but not all) some sort of stipend (dole) as a means of attempting to support those who the government considers “law-abiding taxpayers”.  Both sides of the aisle used the pandemic as a means of either gaining political control or upending the other side’s political control.  Don’t you just hate it when that happens?  And over 100,000 people are dead in America just so both sides can point fingers at each other with accusatory tones.  But also remember, Fauci has told this President (as well as past Presidents) what might happen with the pandemic and what protocols should be followed, whether the protocols (or the informational data used to formulate those protocols) was accurate or not.

Both sides of the aisle have not come up with a remedy (other than a moratorium on government-backed GSE foreclosures) to stop the tsunami of foreclosures that we could have faced if the moratoriums were not extended by the State’s governors to include all mortgage loans, which included evictions.  Now we’re faced with our own set of politics … a national network of mortgage loan servicers, collectively using “the system” to play out unfortunate scenarios against afflicted Americans who still haven’t formulated a PLAN B as to how they intend on dealing with the aftermath of this “planned economic strike” against America.  Everyone of course is pointing a finger at the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and blaming that entity for our troubles when in fact, the troubles were seriously exacerbated by our very own government in the way it doled out the money.  Again, the trickle down effect impressed not one taxpayer to the point that they thought someone did them a serious favor.

In other words, how long did that $1,200 check last each person already financially affected by the loss of employment.  When the moratorium gets lifted, those who are still struggling could become the first casualties of the second foreclosure epidemic.  I don’t consider any of this at all funny.  In fact, it’s disgusting that America has allowed itself to become embroiled in public debate over police brutality vis a vis the media, who hates Trump and wants your country to be turned into a socialistic state. The media has become so left-liberal it’s sickening.  You can’t turn on any channel and get the truth because politics has (and is) playing itself out at every turn of events.

DEFUNDING POLICE DEPARTMENTS?  DOES YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY MATTER?

Both George Floyd and Rayshard Brooks had much in common.  Both were black.  Both were convicted felons.  Both served time in prison.  Both were in the wrong place at the wrong time.  Both allegedly were involved in the commission of a crime (Floyd for passing a counterfeit $20 and Brooks for being intoxicated at the wheel of a running motor vehicle) for which they were placed under arrest.  Both died at the hands of police officers who were white.  Both were exemplified as poster children by the left and the media.  Both gave anarchists impetus to riot and commit destructive acts.

Now that you see the facts, do the cops need sensitivity training or does the public need sensitivity training?  After all, a young, white woman was captured on video burning down the Atlanta Wendy’s restaurant where Brooks was fatally shot during the riots that followed.  While it is relatively easy for white people to all of a sudden think a black person set fire to the restaurant, the video shows otherwise.  The video shows that there are people with no morals living among us that are out to prove a point … that anarchy is acceptable as a means of protest … even if it involves arson, which is a felony.  The other part of the problem, which my wife was quick to point out over coffee this morning, was that folks stood by videoing the act with their cameras so they could post it on social media because everyone is into sensationalism now.  So, does committing a crime for the purposes of sensationalism make it okay?  Why didn’t the people doing the video taping with their cameras stop the woman from burning down the Wendy’s?   Where did our morals go?   And the left want to defund police departments over the acts of bad actors?  I think not.

The U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights provide for the general welfare and safety of ALL Americans, not just the Black Lives Matter folks.  The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution grants ALL of us a certain number of freedoms (self-expression and the right to assemble peaceably).  However, your liberty and freedoms ends where another person’s liberty and freedom begins.  When you violate the Constitution by committing a crime outside of the boundaries of what the Amendments are designed to protect, then the system has measures in place to deal with the offender.  The system did not afford those protections to Floyd and Brooks because of the actions of a few white officers.  Whether they will be granted immunity is anyone’s guess.  According to a friend of mine in Texas (who is a police officer), there are some who you cannot give a gun and a badge to because they’re more dangerous than those they were sworn to protect.

Many police departments are not funded well enough.  As my co-host on City Spotlight – Special Edition (on kdwradio.com), R. J. Malloy stated, “This isn’t Andy of Mayberry.”  There isn’t an issue over the fact Deputy Barney Fife only had one bullet in his gun, other than for his own well-being in not shooting himself in the foot. The issue is what protection Sheriff Andy or Barney Fife could (or would) do in the event the citizens of Mayberry’s personal protections were in jeopardy.  What police departments don’t need is tanks and military style Humvees.  What police departments do need is officers who are equipped with the means to protect and serve those citizens they were hired to protect and serve.  Anything short of that would represent a disservice to their respective communities, sensitivity training or not.

And here I thought the parental saying (from way back when) of, “Two wrongs don’t make a right” still applied to today’s community standards.  When the police can’t respond, or refuse to respond (as what is happening in Atlanta right now), sometimes referred to as the “Blue Flu” (officers calling in sick as a means of protest), then the level of personal protections afforded under the Constitution are eroded.  This gives way to those without moral scruples to commit further acts of violence.  I sometimes believe these people do these heinous things because they have a bone to pick with authority.  I think it would be best that police would be stripped of their qualified immunity from prosecution if they went “past the point of no return” once the person arrested was restrained or incapacitated, armed or not.  In Brooks’ case, the cop was videotaped kicking Brooks after putting two slugs in his back and was quoted as saying, “I got him!”   What’s that’s supposed to mean coming from a white cop with a bald head (skinhead)?

Despite the fact we can all agree that prejudice has no place in a decent, moral society, it still exists and is being driven deeper and deeper into the hearts and minds of those who feel they are being oppressed.  That includes those who feel that they’re being deprived of their Constitutional guarantees to safety and security.  Police officers should be held to a higher standard, especially when it comes to those they swore an oath to protect and serve, despite the color of their skin.  The bigger problem here is that with society melding into multiculturalism, it will soon devolve.  I predict there will be another spate of White Flight as American society continues to devolve.

UPHOLDING RIGHTS INCLUDES THOSE FACING FORECLOSURE

When it comes to foreclosure, we all have to have a game plan.  In 2008, when the financial markets collapsed under the weight of the failing securities debacle, it set the stage for multiple infractions against homeowners.  The biggest divisive scheme was the creation of notes out of thin air (the notes that had been shredded after they were uploaded as originals into the MERS System®).  It is common knowledge, as well as arguendo amongst those in the mortgage world, that the notes, along with their accompanying mortgages and deeds of trust, were shredded because paper proof of a contract was replaced by an electronic system of record keeping.  Many believe the originals were archived, yet there is no finite evidentiary proof of that.  What shows up in courts across the country in foreclosure cases I’ve reviewed are “copies” of original mortgages and deeds of trust that were pulled down off of the MERS System®, as well as the notes that the mortgage loan servicers now claim to be “originals”.

What we are seeing (and I talking about the collective group of investigative analysts looking into this documentation) is copies of notes being manufactured from copies pulled from the MERS System® and doctored up to look like originals.  The banks and their servicers and document manufacturing plants have gotten very good at reproducing notes to look like originals.  This is why certain individuals, knowing their notes might be shredded, filled in the “o’s” with ink on their promissory nOtes. Anyone reproducing a copy of a note trying to make it look like an original would have missed the filling in of the “O” in “nOte” which would be a dead giveaway of document manufacturing.  However, 99.9% of borrowers did NOT do that at the closing table.  The gullible are always the first to fall.  The gullible wanted the keys to the house, no matter what eventual price they would pay later.  The gullible constituted some 97-98% of  those who vacated their homes as soon as they were served with foreclosure documents because they had no Plan B and were never prepared to have to deal with foreclosure.

I was just speaking with an investor this morning who told me that the average homeowner or attorney could keep a foreclosure at bay for at least two years and keep either the homeowner in the home or rental income flowing for two more years.  So how’s that possible?  I discussed that in my video post on the Clouded Titles YouTube Channel.

In the physical realm, you have certain rights to life, liberty and property.  When you enter into a contract with a mortgage lender, you give up some of those rights in exchange for having a lien placed against your property by and through a security instrument, which is either in the form of a mortgage or deed of trust (Security Deed in Georgia; Installment Contract in Montana).  Most people do not realize that the balance of those rights allow you to examine and litigate certain inequities that may exist as the result of the foreclosure; however, most Americans are just too quick to give up and run away, rather than stand and fight. This is what happened after the 2008 financial collapse.  In today’s times however, abandoning your property puts you at higher risk because of the potential of coming into contact with the dreaded “virus” and succumbing to it.  If I told you that you could stay in your home for two more years just by taking a stand against the mortgage loan servicer, wouldn’t you be the least bit interested?

This is why I’m doing an online Foreclosure Defense 101 Workshop at the end of July.  It may be my last “due diligence” effort at attempting to help those afflicted by foreclosure.  I have made numerous attempts in the past to consult with attorneys behind the scenes and at trial, some successfully; however, the number of folks who wish to take what I have to say seriously aren’t listening.  So, you might ask yourself … why is Krieger even bothering to help these people save themselves from financial ruin?

I take the attitude that “might does not necessarily make right” … and just because you’re a well-funded mortgage loan servicer, that does not take away the homeowner’s right to protest against the foreclosure, both in and out of court.  I’m going to use this opportunity to bring attorneys into the mix to discuss Rules of Evidence and Rules of Civil Procedure.  These two areas are where homeowners are easily defeated.  It is in these two areas that homeowners can stay in their homes for 2 years or longer.

Your rights to litigate are not restricted by the contract you signed at the closing table.  You have every right to initiate a suit and defend a suit (depending on which state you live in and depending on which process you’re engaging in … judicial or non-judicial).  By taking simple, inexpensive steps, you can create a Plan B for yourselves by taking the initiative to respond or act.  It is your decision to learn the tactics or not learn the tactics.  My suggestions in this online workshop are based on research, but I’m going to let a couple of legal professionals share some of these strategies with you in the 4-hour block we’re devoting to educating you on foreclosure defense.  We will be recording this session for purchase and playback on the Clouded Titles website; however, the difference between attending the online live event and downloading a recorded event is that you don’t get to ask questions and get answers right away.  You have every opportunity to fight back and the financial risk to you attending this event online is low compared to the information you are given.  I told you in my blog post about the two-year window that attorneys can carve out for you so you can make alternative plans. As part of the webinar, I’m going to share written details with you in PDF format that will help guide you through your educational “learning curve” about how attorneys can drag a foreclosure case on for more than two years!

Again, you are known by the paths you take and the choices you make whether a homeowner or an investor.  Stay tuned for more posts on this.

FIGHTING TWO BATTLES AT ONCE

(OP-ED) — The opinions expressed in this post are those of the author and do not reflect the opinions or affirmations of the political hierarchy in America.  These opinions are offered for the purposes of self-preservation in a time of dual crises in America.

POSTULATING REALITY

America is in crisis mode.

I would say that the statement I just made is correct given that we have two separate battles we are fighting.  One to save ourselves and one to save our homes.

I think we can all agree that the combination of circumstances could be timed to coincide with each other (the coronavirus pandemic and the execution of George Floyd) as catalysts for what is to come (a spike in COVID-19 cases and the upstart of foreclosures) because (with the help of the liberal media) most of America is “not awake” and is being conditioned for slaughter (if not at the hands of the rioting, then at the hands of the vaccine) and potential homelessness (or direct conflict on America’s streets).

Given what we know about the scientific mapping of xenotropic murine retroviruses (XMRV’s) and the medias ignorance of them, Americans are in the middle of a war for their votes as well as their mindsets.  Most of the folks on this blog have read up on the research conducted by Dr. Judy A. Mikovits (who I would like to interview on my radio show, specifically about the science … to have her explain all of this in layman’s terms) which she claims was covered up by Dr. Anthony Fauci and the National Institutes of Health (the NIH) and others, who rewrote and published false data in order to cover up government liability for allowing lethal vaccines and viruses to be put out into America and the world.  Several scientists who attempt to go public with information that could be considered vital to saving lives ended up dead.  This is documented fact.  In her book, Plague Of Corruption, Dr. Mikovits gives the names of those individuals and briefly outlines their tragic endings, most of which were ruled suicides (e.g. Vince Foster).  There is no conspiracy when it can be documented that: (a.) the dead individuals were scientists; (b.) the dead individuals were involved in government research; and (c.) the individuals are dead in tandem with their data being whitewashed by government-funded agencies.

THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG

This scenario goes deeper than just the idea that a vaccine (the savior of the world) is being synthesized in at least 8 different laboratories (according to Fauci himself; using lab rats and former COVID-19 patients) with the intended use of being injected into unsuspecting “victims”, all of whom should consider themselves “guinea pigs of science”.  As Dr. Fauci admitted to the Senate (regarding the vaccine and its development) in contradictory vernacular … “The NIH trials moved very quickly … on January 10th the sequence was known.”

Wait a minute.

If the World Health Organization (WHO) knew on December 31, 2019 that the coronavirus was wreaking havoc on the Hubei province in China, then, in order to conduct trials to have a result by January 1oth (as to an RNA sequence of the retrovirus), then Fauci and others either had previously known of a breach of safety protocols at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and had actual samples provided to them to begin sequence testing on.  Remember the timeline.  WHO did not announce this pandemic until January 15, 2020 and only a small percentage of America paid any attention (“It can’t happen here.”).  Vaccine development, according to Fauci’s own testimony to the United States Senate, began on January 14th (2020) … the day BEFORE the World Health Organization announced an active worldwide pandemic.

How could Fauci and the NIH know what they were looking for unless they had access to the virus?  We have to ask why the Wuhan and Fort Detrick, Maryland bio-labs shut down?  Who gave Fauci and the NIH the money to fund the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s experiments with coronaviruses?   What did either facility have to gain by culturing these viruses in a lab?   Why did it all of a sudden become necessary to cause a major distraction in America, following bailouts of the “too-big-to-fails” as well as the minuscule payouts to American taxpayers to create a sense of false security (like our government was actually doing something to jump start the economy)?

The major distraction I’m talking about here is the purposeful videotaping and dissemination of the execution of George Floyd at the hands of four Minneapolis Police Officers.

At the point I saw the video, I’m asking myself (and you may have been too):

  1. Why did the person doing the videoing of the execution not tell others to call 9-1-1 and report what they were witnessing to tell dispatchers to send supervisory personnel to the scene to stop the execution?
  2. What purpose did the cop who had his knee on Floyd’s neck have for staring blindly into the camera as if he were purposefully making Floyd’s death look like a white-on-black crime of police brutality?
  3. Why didn’t the bystanders to the entire event jump the cops and pull them away from Floyd and beat the holy shit out of the cops and save Floyd’s life?

These bystanders saw one of their own in trouble and did nothing to help George Floyd.  And now they scream “Black Lives Matter” while infiltrators penetrated their ranks and caused riots, burning and looting of stores and homes, while beating and killing store owners and police/security who were trying to defend others and their property?

I don’t get it.  Well … maybe I do, but are you ready for the realization that all of this was orchestrated to draw your attention away from the real caper?

The vaccine … and the tainting of the upcoming elections to steer America further into socialism.

Fauci told the Senate that the vaccines would be ready by late winter, yet it has already been announced that over a million vaccines are ready to be administered.

Something isn’t right here.

Fauci claims that America is “Chairman” of the vaccine program and he further admitted that a vaccine will be produced to inoculate the world, not knowing of the consequences (the risk) of whether the vaccine will actually work.

“I must warn that there is also the possibility of negative consequences … that certain vaccines can actually enhance the negative effect of the infection.  The big unknown is efficacy.”  Fauci told the Senate.  Efficacy has to do with the success of a desired result.  What might that result be if the consequences could be negative?  DEATH?

Fauci went on to admit that all of the research has been accelerated through public and private partnerships (with Big Pharma, the bunch that has the biggest lobbying effort in Congress) to speed up the research and production of the vaccine so that billions of doses can be sent out worldwide … this is like a rush to judgment in my book.

Until they start inoculating the willing souls, we won’t know whether they’re actually going to be giving Americans and citizens of the world a vaccine that could infect human tissues with retroviruses that will kill over half of those injected within a short period of time.  Imagine only having half the world’s population to contend with?

Would it be easier to deal with and control many billions of people?  Or would it be easier to deal with and control millions of people?  Would lower numbers make it logically easier to control the population of any given country?

THE SECOND “WAR ON AMERICA”

And as states allow the administration of the vaccine, not knowing of the intended or unintended consequences of its administration, the folks who were out protesting (and rioting and looting and burning) have now potentially put themselves in harm’s way, not just from the vaccine itself (which might deliberately give them a full-blown case of COVID-19 which will kill them), but leave their families destitute … and what happens when you let your guard down?

The banks strike!

The next major land grab may play out this way.  And if you have been indoctrinated by “false flag programming” (media conditioning), you will not be of sound mind to wage war against the mortgage loan servicers coming to take your home. Look at it this way … throughout history … who makes money off of wars?

The banks do!

Throughout history it has been shown that the major banking institutions have funded both sides of actual conflicts (wars).  And those who have played into the Black Lives Matter are the first ones to start screaming to the government for help (nanny state tactics aside) in saving their homes because the families living within them have been decimated by a vaccine.

The one thing that Dr. Mikovits made note of in her book, which I paid particular attention to, is for those wishing to research patterns of medical crises as the result of a vaccine look into what vaccination programs were being administered and where, prior to the outbreak of the medical crises in that given area.  This should tell you what to expect in different parts of America or parts of the world (like Africa … where Black Lives Matter?) where administrations past have conducted vaccination programs, resulting in spikes in disease and death.

Waging war against a bank in the middle of a crisis like this (constant fear of home invasions by looters and rioters and other forms of civil unrest) will have people on edge, which is the perfect scenario for the banks, their servicers, the trustees and their lawyers to take advantage of an already-heightened “fear factor”.

How will people of color (especially those who participated in the protests) explain to police that crimes are being committed against them and to investigate those financial crimes, after telling police to go fuck themselves and protest that departments should be defunded?  How do these people expect “help” from the very same law enforcement in investigating whether intentional identity theft and misuse of their personal information is being used to foreclose on their homes after they had the unmitigated gall to exact violent and radical behavior against law enforcement agencies across America?  I find all of this counterproductive.  It’s just that those who were part of the problem now expect law enforcement to be part of the solution.  I really get that.  It’s not happening for them.

My prediction here is that those Blue States who are in financial trouble and whose populations demonstrated the highest levels of radical and violent behavior will suffer the greatest number of foreclosures in this upcoming second attack by the banks because of their own demented behaviors in promoting civil unrest, disorder, disobedience, destruction of property (both public and private), violence resulting in death, all the while making a mockery of America’s failed justice system.  And you expect the courts to be on your side when you have to go into their tribunals and wage war to save your home?   The judges watch TV too.  The judges are (I would suppose) equally perturbed at the BLM campaigns being waged across America.  I believe that judges are going to be less sympathetic to homeowners because of all of this protesting and rioting, which is why I made the foregoing assertion.  We’ll see how much Black Lives Matter when the foreclosure crisis kicks in again.

Instead of becoming united ahead of a major election, Americans have become disjointed, which is what many Democratic politicians believe will work in their favor come election time.  Could we assert that people who died of COVID-19 are still registered to vote?  Could their vote still be cast for Democratic politicians even after they’re six feet under?  You bet.  This is what is driving America closer and closer to socialism.  One of the key fundamentals of socialism is wealth distribution.  Wealth distribution promotes laziness (free handouts).  Laziness brings with it a false sense of security.  Having a false sense of security makes one less resistant to the element of surprise.  Having the power to swoop down and take over neighborhoods by and through military force works even better when no one is expecting it.

Socialism begats communism.  Why do you think Russia is officially referred to as the Union of  Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR)?  And now we have China to worry about (potential Cold War because of the dispersion of the coronavirus) as well as our own government (disjointed politicians who are being lobbied by Big Pharma to destroy us because our very own taxpayers dollars with funneled through the NIH to Wuhan, China).  Not the greatest scenario for trying to defend your home, eh?

WAGING WAR AGAINST THE SERVICERS

As I close out this segment, remember that these entities have been paying the REMIC trusts’ investors advance payments while the corona-crisis was ongoing.  When the moratoriums are lifted, you can bet they’ll be knocking on your door asking to be reimbursed in some way, shape or form.  As a result of the advance payments, you can expect the following to occur:

  1. If you’re current in your mortgage payments, you won’t need a forbearance or a loan mod, which is why the second wave of REFINANCE YOUR HOME campaigns are going to start up in the fall (watch for it … they want to make sure every home loan is securitized … making it easier to steal in case you default);
  2. If you’re only a month or two behind on your mortgage payments because you’ve been out of work for a short period of time but expect to resume employment, you can expect to be offered a forbearance;
  3. If you are several months behind, you are more than likely going to be offered a loan modification, which promotes the use of a trial period of payments (so the servicer can reimburse itself for all of the advance payments it made on your behalf); and
  4. If you have been way behind in your payments, you’re likely to face immediate retribution by the servicers, as taking and selling your home, whether by stealth or through the use of feloniously-recorded documents, will play out as quickly as the servicers can get the “legal ball to roll downhill”.

Given the atmosphere in America, humility in front of the judge may not cut it.  You’re going to have to solidly prove that your rights are being violated or that illicit behavior is being committed against you.  With the coronavirus causing the courts to conduct hearings electronically (what society wants you to believe is the “new normal”), your chances are even less of getting a fair shake because that judge doesn’t have to face you (in person) or your wrath after you’ve been screwed in electronic court.  The panic created throughout the court system will work to the disadvantage of those who are unprepared for it.  This means your pleadings are going to have to be well-thought out, on point and divisive.  There will be no room for error because of intolerance created through civil unrest in America.

INTENDED USE OF PSYOPS ON AMERICA

(OP-ED) –The author of this post continues to do research into the “corona-crisis” and its resulting effects on the American population, including but not limited to, foreclosures and the next round of the nation’s massive land grab by the mortgage loan servicing industry.  Rather than concluding that any of this is legal advice, do your own research and validate “the truth” for yourselves. The next round of foreclosures is coming soon, so ’tis time to stop “drinking the Kool-Aid” and start thinking for yourselves. This article focuses on the intended use of “fear factor” psychological operations-type “conditioning” on the American public by high-ranking officials in our own government.

FEAR FACTOR CONDITIONING THROUGH INTENDED PSYOPS (pronounced SIGH-opps)

You should understand that President Trump may have been getting bad “public health” recommendations from the hierarchy in the Centers for Disease Control (the “CDC”), Dr. Anthony Fauci and the National Institutes of Health (the “NIH”).  What has happened since the beginning of 2020 is what I call “the perfect storm” to intentionally increase public dependence on the government, especially through media regurgitation of contradictory information.  Forget about the “Q”, conspiracy theories or anything else that has led you to change what you consider “the new normal” (new norm). My research is indicating that the data involving the number of cases and deaths involving coronavirus, specifically COVID-19, are being manipulated to achieve a “desired result”.  Whatever the case, “psyops” is something you normally use on an “enemy” you are attempting to win a waging war with to mess with the enemy’s head.

The manipulation of data can occur for many reasons, the likes of which cannot be scientifically verified because the powers that be don’t want it to be verified:

  1. Altering data to show increased caseloads to make a public health emergency “necessary”.
  2. Altering data to show a “flattening of the curve” in order to facilitate a false sense of security.
  3. Altering data to show deaths occurring from COVID-19 when scientific research data may support a different conclusion.
  4. Altering data to suggest that a situation is getting worse in order to support a proposed “miracle cure” vaccine that should be taken at the risk of the public.
  5. Altering data to support a suggestion that we should “distance” ourselves from each other as a form of social conditioning.
  6. Altering data to support continued “fear factor” behaviors in American society.
  7. Altering data to support further economic damage to America to further political objectives.
  8. Altering data to support reasoning for world-based “agendas”.

LEAVING PEOPLE “IN THE DARK” IS ALSO A FORM OF PSYOPS

It has been said that when people don’t know the real truth about a situation, they cannot make an informed decision about that situation.  Does that sound about right to you?

What would happen if you were constantly fed disinformation or misinformation (including but not limited to contradictory information) for the intended purposes of furthering an intended consequence?  In other words, can the government hierarchy, especially those in the medical community, scare you into submission and make you do things you wouldn’t normally do under normal circumstances to further its own objectives?  Ponder that one when you vote this November, if America’s elections can be conducted constitutionally and not manipulated by those whose intentions is to further “condition” you into putting all of your faith and trust in a government that has continuously “failed” you at every turn.

If you are given false or contradictory information, you tend to not only make uninformed decisions, you tend to make decisions that support an intended government consequence/solution.

For example, let’s talk about wearing masks.

The Centers for Disease Control started out by stating that you should only wear a mask if you’re sick or you feel you may have flu symptoms.  In fact, the scenario has been manipulated so much so, that the hierarchy in the medical community has made wearing masks fashionable.

In fact, the merchants of the earth, along with everyone who has access to a sewing machine, is profiting in some way making impractical cloth masks because the number of “real masks”, which should only be afforded to medical emergency personnel, is lacking and will continue to be lacking because of the “public panic” that has been created, especially among those 65 and older who are going to spend the rest of their natural lives “afraid” because they’ve been conditioned since World War II to always trust the government in all things.  However, they’ll bitch like crazy when Congress threatens to “f**k with their social security payments. The elderly, especially those living on fixed incomes, are the first to be swayed by psyops conditioning.

So, if the CDC says that wearing a mask does what the above picture shows, which came from the CDC’s own website (just so you don’t think I’m making this stuff up), then you should think about the intended consequence of altering what was “normal” before the corona-crisis hit and WHY the sudden shift in thinking.  Wearing masks over a long period of time causes hypoxia. THAT is also a known fact, yet people are wearing masks while they’re driving and getting in accidents because they’re passing out at the wheel due to lack of oxygen in a closed space.  The stupidity of some will inevitably harm others and there’s no accounting for everyone’s smarts in today’s gene pool.

Now we focus on the “contradictory information” about mask wearing, especially the information coming out of the well-funded (including Bill Gates) World Health Organization, whose knowledge of the spread of the coronavirus was known well ahead of its landing on American shores. To find out what the World Health Organization’s “take” is on wearing masks, CLICK HERE!

For those of you who don’t want to watch the short video, here is what WHO is recommending regarding masks:

  1. Before putting on a mask, clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
  2. Cover mouth and nose with mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask.
  3. Avoid touching the mask while using it; if you do, clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
  4. Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is damp and do not re-use single-use masks.
  5. To remove the mask: remove it from behind (do not touch the front of mask); discard immediately in a closed bin; clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
  6. If you are healthy, you only need to wear a mask if you are taking care of a person with COVID-19.
  7. Wear a mask if you are coughing or sneezing.
  8. Masks are effective only when used in combination with frequent hand-cleaning with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
  9. If you wear a mask, then you must know how to use it and dispose of it properly.

Understand what you just read … especially Item #6, which I highlighted (in pertinent part) for you.  Do you notice that WHO’s guidelines say nothing about wearing masks in public places or wearing masks if you’re healthy?  Why is WHO putting out information contradictory to what the CDC wants for all good-little “follower” Americans who want to be fashion-conscious?  Frankly, in my world, where I put truth above all things, my “Bullshit Meter” meter is peaking at 105%!  The reason that people continue to wear masks is because of psyops conditioning vis a vis the media, which is spoonfed by the government’s medical community that are supposed to be in positions of trust; however, with the contradictions here (in getting the story uniform), I begin to wonder who’s telling the truth and who isn’t, versus wearing masks in public by people who are genuinely insecure.  These same insecure people are also quick to point a finger and scold people who aren’t wearing masks because they’re insecure, even if the people they’re scolding are perfectly healthy.  For the most part, those who are sick and who risk exacerbating their already-existent health issues, need to stay home and let someone else do their errands.  They do NOT need to be roaming around in public wearing masks if they’re that afraid they’re going to catch something.  If COVID-19 doesn’t get ’em, the regular flu just might.

Who are we to believe?

We have state governors that continue to make decisions for their citizens based on “suggested” recommendations from the medical hierarchy, with no scientific basis in fact.  Even Fauci himself claims that a vaccine to stop the spread of coronaviruses may be years away.  So … if all of a sudden … a vaccine appears and the CDC says “this is the one to take”, how many Americans are going to fall for that assertion?  It is a certainty … YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS IN THAT VACCINE!  Yet … based on the claims made by Fauci and the CDC, you’re going to let them inject some supposedly unapproved trial drug into your system?  And at what risk?  Fauci already admitted to the Senate that there may be negative side effects (including death).

Can someone please allow common sense back into their thinking?

Now ask yourself … do you normally go out into public places when you’re sick (fever, cough, chills, dizziness, body aches, etc.) … or do you stay home and nurse yourself back to health?  Yeah, I know. There are people who are sick and go out in public anyway.  Unfortunately, in every society of right-thinking people, you’re always going to have those who just don’t give a shit about their fellow man and are of the belief system that they have the right to go anywhere they want and do anything they want, no matter the consequence (i.e., Spring Breakers). Did you ever stop to think that the spread of coronavirus through Spring Breakers was put to good use as an excuse for closing all the beaches, where scientific evidence has proven that sun exposure increases Vitamin D production in the body and the exposure to sand and salt water increases exposure to microbes designed to help boost the body’s immune system?  Of course, THAT scientific evidence wasn’t considered when all of the beaches were closed, right?  There has to be a way to “influence” people to make them think that going to the beach could be hazardous to their health, right?  What a better way than to make certain “shows” of “poster children” like Ireland Tate (and the kid whose father rejected him when he went home to New York and told him to go away) to influence closing beaches with no scientific basis in fact.  If people are going to get sick, they’re going to get sick, no matter what they do or where they go.  Second wave or no second wave, America has been crippled financially … and this is one of the effects of biological warfare as an intended consequence on America.  False flag attacks have killed Americans before and it is expected that this could be lumped into that same category as 9-11.  The problem is … since we know the NIH funded the Wuhan lab’s research in part … the U.S. government is partially responsible for this biological attack on its citizens … and I hear no one screaming at their Congressperson about holding hearings and getting to the truth of the matter.

EVERYONE WANTS TO BLAME SOMEONE FOR THIS “PANDEMIC”

Now understand the “appearance” of what cause and effect behaviors occurred within the American population based on “suggested” recommendations from the aforementioned parties. For starters, Americans like to play “the blame game”.  Go to Facebook and read the posts.  The “blame” is there.  It’s all Trump’s fault.  It’s all Pelosi’s fault.  It’s all some bureaucrat’s fault.  It’s all the bank’s fault.  It’s all the government’s fault. It’s all the Democrats’ fault.  It’s all the Republicans’ fault.  But … it’s never YOUR fault, right?  It’s just your misconception of something based on someone else’s political agenda that’s been drummed into your head.  However, much of what I see, even among family members … is we’re blaming each other based on our own insecurity!  Weren’t we “secure” before this whole crisis started?  Then what changed?  **your mindset**

In fact, if you look at the statistical data we actually do have available that might be plausible (even if it was manipulated), was the “pandemic” a “false flag attack” on America just to influence a political election cycle?  America has a population of 322-million people.  Of those, .005 percent were reportedly “infected” with the coronavirus and the mortality rate was only .06 percent of those infected. The rest are assumed to have recovered from it based on their body’s immune system’s ability to fight it.  Otherwise, why is the government wanting everyone who recovered to donate plasma so they can create a vaccine from it?

The governments, both state and federal, will obviously take issue with me saying that the “pandemic” was an intentional means of psyops in order to influence the upcoming 2020 elections; however, I base my statement on claims Fauci made that the Trump Administration was going to experience a pandemic during his first term in office.  Could this mean that President Trump might not be re-elected because he relied on false data provided to him by his own advisers in setting forth a plan of action?  Could it be that President Trump was purposefully given false information and misled by his own advisers, who make up some sort of Deep State ideology to sway America into their “vaccination” agenda, so we can chip everyone?  No … I do not believe Trump is the Anti-Christ so you can “get off that wagon”.  Trump is a CEO.  He’s a businessman.  Politicians don’t like him because he’s NOT one of them (liars, cheats and thieves).  Every President since John Kennedy has been accused of groping someone or making unwanted advances.  This is nothing new in American politics and that won’t change now … so don’t expect it to.

For those of you who did not have a chance to watch the video with Dr. Judy Mikovits, you can watch it HERE!  Someone has to make sense of the science … yet no one seems to want to (or has the ability to) read between the lines … so the psyops must be working!

WE HAVE TO “SCARE” AMERICANS INTO OUR WAY OF THINKING!

Over 30-million Americans have lost their paychecks completely.  Compound that with the uncertainty of potential medical catastrophe and you have a great blend of scenarios for creating a “nanny state” because most Americans believe everything their government tells them.  Again, I go back to the announcement that Bruce Springsteen made to a concert venue full of spectators, “Blind faith in your leaders will get you killed!”

Remember “Scarecrow” from the movie The Wizard of Oz”?   “If I only had a brain.”

Apparently, the hierarchy in the medical community thinks most Americans will believe anything they suggest.  Here’s an optional thought … what are your chances of death if you jump off the observation deck of the Empire State Building?  Would your death be quick … or would it be slow and painful?  Remember, it isn’t the fall that kills you … it’s the sudden stop at the end!  Like lemmings running off a cliff into the sea and drowning.  They have to be scared into doing it, right?   If you want to steer Americans into believing a certain way, create a scenario that influences their way of thinking. Then come up with a solution (or a patsy).

I point to what happened during 9-11.  Remember all of the Americans that wanted to go over to Iraq and blow Saddam Hussein’s f**king head off?  How f**king Patriotic is that?  And we call them “heroes”.  Were they misled too?  Where were the weapons of mass destruction?  Did we find any?  Did we “plant” some so we can say we found them?  I’m not being disrespectful to those who served because I served during Nam.  I’m trying to get the logical part of your brain into right thinking again because we’re being conditioned to be “followers” because of the pandemic that might not have been what they said it was.

Remember, 100,000 Americans would not be dead if we were told the truth in a timely manner.  We wouldn’t be blaming everybody and his brother for not acting fast enough.  And now we’re letting those same hierarchies tell us what to do and create new “norms” for us … and blame each other for our own insecurities in the process.  Seriously?

If you haven’t figured it out yet … MIT scientist Lydia Bourouiba’s video imaging studies revealed that the two main components of a sneeze show a shower of larger droplets can extend up to two meters from the person sneezing and a cloud, made of a mixture of smaller droplets suspended in moist, warm gas, which  contain pathogen-bearing droplets, can be suspended in the air for not just seconds, but minutes … and can travel up to 27 feet.  So cut the 6-foot social distancing crap and wear a f**king mask if you’re coughing or sneezing … or stay the f**k home … and quit bitching at everyone else for your own insecurity. Remember who “conditioned” you to behave that way!

THE FINANCIAL DISRUPTION IN THE MORTGAGE MARKETS

You knew I’d get to this part at some point, right?  People want to know about foreclosures and what the federal and state governments are going to do to stem the tide of foreclosures as the result of people not making their mortgage payments because they’ve been furloughed or terminated because of conditions beyond “their” control.

I would ask that you take a few minutes and observe my second YouTube posting Foreclosure Defense in the midst of the corona-crisis, Part 2, for an explanation of what to expect from the mortgage loan servicers when the moratoriums are lifted and what you should be considering now, while you still have the opportunity to make rational decisions based on facts and not suppositions.

At some point in the near future, I’m going to be doing an online webinar on foreclosure defense, since none of you want to hang out with me in a hotel … I’m thinking here because you’ve assumed that you’re going to catch the COVID if you travel, despite what the airlines and the travel industry are telling you as to how safe it is to travel now.  Thus, rather than take up your whole time throughout an entire weekend, I’m going to offer a 4-hour online webinar that you can subscribe to and watch at any time you have an opportunity … priced at a discount, rather than making you pay the usual fees, plus travel expenses, for attending a workshop in a live setting and being apprehensive the entire time you’re there (in other words, I don’t want to have to educate a bunch of mask-wearing followers … you have to be able to “think outside the box” to survive what’s coming).

In the webinar, I’m planning on covering the following, from a paralegal aspect of Foreclosure Defense, considering I’m NOT an attorney but I have every bit of capability to do intake and evaluate your options “out loud”, without giving you legal advice:

  1. Pre-foreclosure options … know what “they” are going to offer and plan for it.
  2. Taking notice of what’s coming (and what to expect in both judicial and non-judicial forums).
  3. False assumptions appearing real … don’t expect a positive outcome unless you work towards achieving it.
  4. Determining responses and response times (default judgments will kill your opportunities because you’re in a state of denial).
  5. How paralegals evaluate what to write in the way of responses based on judicial foreclosures.
  6. How paralegals determine what potential causes of action are necessary in non-judicial foreclosures “to head ’em off at the pass”.
  7. Writing effective responses (from a paralegal’s perspective on what and how to write responses … we’ll be spending a lot of time on this section).
  8. The forums have shifted … judges entertaining motions in a live setting versus Zoom®.
  9. Options for a “good offense” versus always playing the victim.
  10. Evaluating chain of title for defects related to foreclosures.
  11. Case reviews of what has worked and what probably won’t work.
  12. Preparing for oral arguments … because the opportunity may come.
  13. Making use of witnesses and expert witnesses (in depositions and at trial).
  14. Making use of discovery in both judicial and non-judicial settings.
  15. Plan to fail … and you will fail: Discussions centering on PLAN B.
  16. Additional research tips to help formulate your “plan of attack”.

In this webinar, you get to ask questions online.  And there’s no such thing as a “stupid question” … only the response matters.  What we won’t be doing is discussing YOUR specific case because the variables may be different from others’ cases and we want to focus our attention generally on what matters most.

As an extra added bonus, I may have a guest attorney, an expert witness or other legal professional appear with me on the webinar, so you’ll be getting some pure, legal acumen in addition to how paralegals deal with foreclosure defense cases.  Remember, the best defense is a good offense.

We will also have hand-outs for you as part of the online class, which we will send in .pdf format to your email address you used to subscribe to the class with.

If you don’t know your rights … you don’t have any.

UPDATE: LET THE GAMES BEGIN!

(BREAKING NEWS – OP-ED) — The author of this post is a consultant and author of the book Clouded Titles (among other works) and posits the following for your educational benefit.  Any conclusions drawn here are NOT legal advice and should not be construed as such.

WHEN PEOPLE MISUSE THEIR AUTHORITY …

Thanks to Washington State Attorney Scott Stafne sending this ruling up through the academia.edu website, I now have it to offer to you so you can see what happens when people complain to their state legislators about the “lock down” and demand something be done to correct the “wrongs” against them.  In this case, it was the Wisconsin Legislature that took aim at that State’s own Health Services Director:

Wisconsin Legislature v Palm et al, 2020 WI 42 (May 5, 2020)

It is a rather lengthy piece; however, if you stick to the first few pages and the last few pages, you’ll get my drift.

It appears that the lead Defendant (Andrea Palm) gave quite the “hand job” (taking from the movie Irina Palm) signing off on orders against Wisconsin residents, declaring their “transgressions” in not adhering to state-mandated lockdown orders from her a criminal offense, punishable by loss of liberty and property, or both, without apparent authority to do so.

WHAT PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY?

I am still trying to figure out a lot of things involving this “corona-crisis”, including but not limited to, what scientific evidence did these elected officials have (not discounting Ms. Palm, who in this case was NOT elected) to declare a public health emergency?  If you look at the stats, President Trump was right in the first place … “This is just a bad flu.”  The flu viruses of the past have taken more of a toll than the COVID-19 virus has, yet the hierarchy in government (Fauci, in tandem with the World Health Organization and the CDC) took it upon themselves to tell everyone, including state officials, that this was the “mother” of all flus, thus, creating mass panic.  There was no scientific evidence truly presented to the American people, only fear mongering exacerbated by and through the media, who are equally as guilty as the alleged “perpetrators” of this “scheme” to cripple the already-burgeoning American economy right before the November 2020 elections.  Don’t you think this is all a bit conspicuous, doing this right before the 2020 elections?

IS IT MARTIAL LAW?

Without a formal declaration by the President of the United States, the “shadow government” could not move in and take over, implementing military rule.  This would have caused imposed curfews, more restrictive regulations when the curfew wasn’t in effect and widespread military “penetration” into the American countryside.  So, no, I don’t think it was martial law.  During martial law, habeas corpus is suspended as well … and I saw more inmates released from prison because the states didn’t want to be responsible for having to pay for their medical care should they become infected while incarcerated.  All the “markers” of martial law were not in effect, despite the fact that the “restrictions” imposed upon American society might have seemingly reflected that.

Thus, when the Wisconsin Supreme Court declared (on Page 19 of the ruling):

“… it is constitutionally impermissible for the legislature to authorize the head of an administrative agency to unilaterally compel the 5.8 million citizens of Wisconsin to stay home, close their businesses, and face imprisonment if they do not comply.”

… it still appears that the bitch got away with it!  And even though some judges on the state’s high court wrote dissenting opinions, they were in the minority.

I always thought that any order being issued by the Executive Branch of any government come from its leader. In this case, that would be the Wisconsin Governor.  But that wasn’t the case, was it?  Yet the dissenters came in and protested because the legislature itself suffered no harm, so why should it be granted status as a standing Plaintiff?  But wait!  Aren’t the members of the Wisconsin Legislature also human beings, susceptible as anyone else of getting COVID-19?  And here I thought that “we the people” elected these legislators to do our bidding and do what is right by the will of the people who put them there.  Am I missing something here?  Don’t we have a right to speak out against this kind of behavior?

I think the citizens of Wisconsin did … and made their voices loud and clear.  I’m just wondering when other states’ legislatures are going to follow suit.  I’m surprised more of these lawsuits haven’t happened already.

HOW DOES THIS RULING CHANGE ANYTHING?

It basically appears to mean that in Wisconsin, people can’t be arrested and jailed for violating orders issued by someone not in authority to make these orders in the first place!

This will not be the end of this story either.

THE FIGHT CONTINUES TO SILENCE JUDY MIKOVITS

The mainstream media continues to go out of its way to attempt to debunk the claims made in the video featuring Dr. Judy Mikovits, a whistleblower that has made some serious allegations against the hierarchy in the U.S. government.   Watch the clip HERE!

The only reason the mainstream media is doing this is because there is another side to the story … maybe one we’re not being told but was put there to force us to demand the truth.  It may be years before the truth comes out, if it does at all.

Whatever the case, the powers that be who put this whole scheme into motion have done so with the appearance of deceit, possibly in an attempt to sabotage the 2020 elections.  Whatever the case, no one upstairs is really talking … just demonizing.  Again, unless this video hit some “hot buttons” upstairs, why the severe moves to debunk what the video claims and delete it at every turn from every social media website?

UPDATE: ProPublica has decided to launch out with an article trying to debunk Mikovits. This is a link to Marshall Allen’s story:

I’m an Investigative Journalist. These Are the Questions I Asked About the Viral “Plandemic” Video. — ProPublica

The basis for the ProPublica article (according to Allen) was to “help people distinguish between sound reporting and conspiracy thinking or propaganda.”  I find that statement odd because the “Plandemic” video was not “news reporting”.  It was a presentation regarding a whistleblower.  Thus, the attempt to “debunk” a scientist’s “claims”, simply by saying that YouTube, Facebook and Vimeo “removed it from their platforms for violating their guidelines” (and it did not contain pornographic material), is not enough to convince me that something isn’t still suspect about the way the virus was “introduced” into the world’s population.  If anything, it clearly proved to me how biological warfare works and how writers who aren’t scientists shouldn’t be wading into waters they’re not qualified to “wade into”.

Ha! “Bad actors sowing discord” via social media … LOL …

Allen continues to take up the balance of his 6-page article attempt to define this video as a journalistic piece, which is where he strays completely away from the specific designation for the release of the video.  Right now, all of the rest of the story is “she said, he said”.  Then he relies on another source (PolitiFact), which is like letting Snopes “vet” something without investigating fully (by way of a grand jury) by prosecutorial means, whether all of the claims were true. You put people like Fauci in front of a camera, telling people there are 8 different companies making a vaccine but we don’t know if any of them will work or in the least, could have negative side effects (including death) … and couple that with Bill Gates’s way of thinking (that we should treat all humans like dogs and chip them all) … and now you have complete control of a population!

The Plandemic video appears to be a basic drawn-out “trailer” in my book. It’s not the end of this investigation.

Those of you out there searching for the truth are going to have the same suspicions about the furtherance of conspiracy theories coming into fruition, which means they’re not conspiracy theories after all if they end up coming true. Then … they’re reality … and come too late when you can’t control the onslaught of what is happening.

TRUMP SCOLDS FAUCI …

Dr. Anthony Fauci has served under previous administrations.  Now he’s serving under this one.  He made video comments prior to the 2016 election that a pandemic would occur throughout the world during President Trump’s first term.  The question is … how did he know that?  Why did he make that statement on camera?  Was it a prelude to his upcoming “agenda”?

First … Fauci and the CDC told people NOT to wear masks unless they were sick.  Then, they reversed that logic, telling everyone to wear masks.

People who wear masks while driving are as stupid as people who eat Tide Pods.  Yet people seem to be “drinking the Kool-Aid” and are locked down in a state of paranoia.  No accounting for Darwinism, eh?

People who are sick are quarantined.  In this case, whether you were sick or not, you had the “fear of God” put into you that if you got COVID-19, there’s no telling what would happen to you.  So, due to “fear of the unknown” … we all capitulated to the whims of government (at least most of us did) bureaucrats … all of whom were advising the President … all of whom made distinctive comments they couldn’t prove either way.  There was absolutely no scientific fact presented as to the statement “flatten the curve”, only to denote that the health care system in America is in total shambles.  The government’s ass puppets were all as “befuddled” and “uncertain” about how to treat the spread of coronavirus.  Hence, the reason why I updated this post from its previous version. How can you tell people what to do when you have no logical reasoning behind your statements?  What technically happened here … the powers that be relied on panic and fear mongering and not  past history … and ended up making a mountain out of a molehill while destroying America’s economy.

If you look at the timeline, Fauci also told the Senate at the recent hearing that the CDC was testing in January of 2020.  Wait a minute.  There were only 36 cases at the time the CDC was “testing”?   They hadn’t even declared a pandemic (the WHO) until mid-January.  Someone either has forgotten the narrative or something more sinister is going on here.  What “tests” did they have?  Why did WHO wait until it was too late to declare a “pandemic”?   Is is true that Bill Gates gives tons of money to the World Health Organization to further his own agenda?  THIS is something you need to pursue in your research because there’s a “chip” out there that might have your name on it! Arkansas takes stab at regulating human microchipping – Washington Times

If the foregoing article doesn’t scare the hell out of you, nothing will. Over time, the “brain deads” out there will accept the chip because they all want to be dutiful world citizens.  I’m surprised someone has incorporated a chip manufacturing plant and called their new product the “666 Chip”, just to screw with people.

You can hear R.J. Malloy and Dave Krieger “analyze” Fauci’s 4:57 video speech to the Senate on tonight’s (6:04 p.m. EDT) broadcast of City Spotlight-Special Edition on WKDW-FM, 97.5 in North Port, Florida and listen to it live in streaming content HERE!  If something strikes you funny, it’s because you too find it difficult to trust the government, the media or anything that any “talking head” spews out. One thing social media doesn’t want is for that “video”, which might have more than an ounce of scientific truth to it, running loose on the internet.

Remember what I said before … misinformation, disinfomation, mischaracterization and demonization.
